I have been wanting to get a square Cast Iron Skillet and I love it! It works really well. We used it last night cooking hamburgers and it gave them "grill marks" and I love how they don't sit in all the grease.

This is a very sturdy and durable Cast Iron Skillet, pre-seasoned with vegetable oil and you can hang it by the handle when not in use. You need to make sure and clean it after each use. To clean it just use Hot Water and dry completely with either a lint-free cloth or paper towel.

It is very heavy and yes the handle does get hot so make sure you don't grab it with your bare hands. Always use gloves, oven mitts. Just make sure it will work on something that is hot. Food cooks great and fast when using this skillet. I recommend this product to anyone. It would make a great gift for that favorite cook.
